None. It's all fake in the end and the freebies are just to lure new employees . They will offer you free family medical insurance, blah blah blah and in the end as they say their are no free lunches. It's all sales tactics by unskilled, lethargic HR team
Cons
1. The founder looks like a scamster. His products in the market have so many defects and in the end when the customers or vendors complaint they all start panicking like cockroaches from the top management to the below warehouse pick and pack staff. 2. Bit time silent racism, groupism, favourism, gossips amongst own skin coloured people is like a normal practice. 3. They are not there to diagnose but to milk poor Australian population by sourcing cheap, 3rd grade quality products from 3rd world countries and rebranding it with putting 'Ausdiagnostic' labels in Australia ( even that part they can't get it right sometimes ) 3. It's such a joke to work here. Don't waste your time and money and effort to even accept their glorified offer letters.
