The work is important and some people are really great to work with. Because the turn over rate is so high there are some good opportunities
Cons
Unfortunately this company will never reach its full potential until CEO and COO are changed. Terrible communication, don’t value staff, poor pay, very little support, over worked, toxic environment, blame culture and above all apathy. It all comes from the top and trickles down.
