It was sometimes really unorganized.

Job changes daily, always busy, patrons are for the most part friendly. If you love books, this is the best place to work at.

Management doesn't believe you, no opportunities for advancement without a degree and even if you have a Bachelor's or Master's, upper management always hires outside of the building instead of looking at its own employees. Management has no idea how to handle customer relations, as well as making policy decision without consulting the clerks on the front line.
