      The work culture here is awesome. New owners are really making a change. There are company outings and quarterly incentives for employees. It has a start up mentality with the bones of an experience company.

      Pros

      The company culture here is awesome. New management is really making some great changes. Beyond updating the factory floor there are now company outings and quarterly incentives for employees. Aurora has a start up mentality with the bones of an experienced manufacturing plant.

      Cons

      Heavy work load... but if you're driven and hard working this is a good fit for you.
