Pros

Takes a holistic view of team collaboration and engagement, benefits, wellbeing and growth. Transparent with company strategy and metrics. Cares highly for their people while being fair in the way they operate across the board.

Cons

Has a hybrid/flexible approach to working location (which is great) but the Auckland office does feel a bit tight when there is a company event taking place.

Pros

- Auror is very mission-driven; its easy to see and feel the impact of the product and the impact it has on communities - If you're someone who enjoys building, it's a great place to shape, grow and influence. Not just a "stay in your lane" kind of role - As a parent, Auror gives me the flexibility to balance my work and my family. Company leadership sets a great example of this too — it's empowering for me to know I can step away when I need to when I see our leaders doing the same thing - There's a really thoughtful career progression framework in place, and transparent salary bands to back it up. I feel like I have a clear expectation of what I need to do in my role, and what I'd need to do to get promoted to the next level

Cons

We're a quickly growing startup, so there's no shortage of work. It can feel really busy at times — especially because there's sometimes a lag between workload increasing and getting a new hire started/ramped up
