1. The work life balance was one of the biggest positives for me while working at the company. I was able to find time for my family while working at AuroIN. The schedule was incredibly flexible and the company facilitated me incase I needed break from work or a day off. 2. Conducive Learning Environment. As a junior software developer, I understood that I had a lot to learn and my colleagues helped me with research and self-improvement. I was able to refine my work ethic while working at AuroIN 3. Furthermore, I got along with everyone at the company and most of the staff was very welcoming towards me. The salary package for a junior software position was quite appealing and more than what I expected. It was a market competitive rate.
