Have not seen any except work location. Absolutely nothing much. Highest attrition rate due to company(no) policy and work culture.
Cons
Guys don't go for the five star fake reviews, all are being written by the HR and top management.Obviously you can compare the review comments to get an idea(* vs *****).There is no policy at all like - joining letter,salary slip,leave policy, PF contribution,fixed and variable part of your salary, company bond(Even president can not understand this),free food is really unhygienic,each and every request goes to owner and he will do all except to give you salary. Basically no employee policy. Don't expect it as an MNC, it is very much similar to a family run business. If you have no options left in your career, you may dare to join their business for a temporary period and your career at Auroin will start with an absolutely fake interview.
