Pros

- Pro-active response to Covid-19; technology support already in place to allow employees to work productively at home - Flexible work practices as appropriate or as the business accommodates (part time; dual work from home and office; job share; flexible start-end hours) - Above average base salary - Modern facilities

Cons

- Employees insecure about job as there are always organisational changes that can make your role redundant. This is to remain competitive in the market. Changes are planned at a high level that tasks on the ground does not get done or remaining staff gets overload. - Business processes are immature, relying on relationships, informal arrangements and manual workaround. Initiatives are in place to address this, but with staff attrition due to organisational changes and inadequate resources for robust processes management, it will take time to reach maturity. - No known plan at staff level about plans to upskill people for the coming digitalisation of processes.

Pros

The pay was good when you didn't have to fight with management about your entitlements and allowances

Cons

Profits and bums on seats are prioritised over safety. Appalling safety record. No support. Micro managing leaders. Managers are selected by how many boxes they can tick rather than experience and capability. No promotion from with in. Dare to speak up about safety issues and you just get shot down
