      If you do not find any employment and are desperate for salary ONLY, this could be a starting step as a company to join for you.

      Cons

      NO Vision NO Leadership Management is sub standard with weak guidance NO learning curve NO Future because the domain of company is capital projects which is mostly handled by BIG MNC companies. Aurigo is a small fish and so cannot compete in quality at all in industry. The company is NOT financially secure, still in debt after 10 years. CEO is a joker.

      The information posted is untrue. Aurigo is the leading software player in the capital program management space, and our customers are our testimony. The company has zero debt, and growing at a fantastic pace, with high profitability. This is clearly the case of a disgruntled employee who has been fired for non-performance, and serving notice.

      A few awesome coworkers, a lot of nice people outside of management

      Cons

      CEO is absolutely horrendous, management is nonexistent. Stay far far away from this place. Hard to believe a company can last as long as this one has with the way they go about their business. Truly the worst professional experience of my life
