Corporate Execs are amazing to work with! They go above and beyond to support you throughout your career. I started as Helpdesk Analyst and left as a Program Manager supporting four programs. Growth was great for me, but limited; however, you have to put in the work. The corporate team was fantastic to work with as well. They were my extended family. Work-life balance was outstanding and very flexible. I would recommend Boecore to anyone. In fact, I sent someone there yesterday to look at job openings. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a family-oriented business that cares about you.
Cons
I do wish the PMO structure was laid out differently. The COO did a fantastic job of helping guide us through issues but was overwhelmed with many projects, and his time was limited on how much he could assist with the program office. A Program Director would have eased some of that burden on him and allowed us to grow as a team, growth was a key factor, and not being in the COS area limited my ability to grow above a PM.
