Pros
Boecore truly cares about the well being of their employees and repeatedly displays it through their actions. Before I had even accepted the original offer and started working for them, Boecore showed their commitment to their employees by contacting me and upping their offer out of the blue, all on their own without me even negotiating the first offer which was still a very good offer! Never once have I felt like just another number while working at Boecore. They have several events throughout the year to get the entire company involved in fun activities and have occasional fun competitions that anyone can participate in! Boecore understands times may get tough for any individual and are more than willing to meet you halfway and help you through it. Their policies are centered around their employees needs and happiness, which for me makes me want to work harder for a company who truly cares! The environment here is amazing and anyone who starts working here will feel welcome day one.
