Pros

None - one of the worst companies I ever had the misfortune of working for

Cons

Toxic clicky culture. If your face doesnt fit within this company they will soon force you to leave. I ended up working for a truly horrible line manager, she was nice to my face but a complete snake behind my back. There is such a toxic work environment, it’s no wonder there is such a high level of turnover. The company struggles to attract decent managers so the people in charge are so unprofessional and literally do nothing to support the team. Pointless contacting HR as they will do nothing to help within the click that exists throughout this company.

Pros

Nothing at all Many better organisations would appreciate your potential and treat you with respect.

Cons

The experience were very disappointing overall. The company operates with a traditional office-only approach, requiring long 9 hours shift every day with no flexibility or remote working options. There appeared to be a culture where certain individuals were favoured, and opportunities for progression were limited. Decision-making often felt informal and lacked transparency. Recruitment and promotion decisions appeared heavily influenced by personal relationships rather than merit. The working environment itself was not particularly professional, with office facilities feeling temporary and below the standard expected for a modern workplace. Leadership and management capabilities were another concern. There seemed to be a lack of experienced people management skills at senior levels, which contributed to poor communication, low morale, and an environment where some employees felt uncomfortable raising concerns. Staff turnover appears to be significantly higher than expected. There is a noticeable pattern of employees leaving within a relatively short period after joining, which suggests underlying issues with retention, culture, or employee expectations.
