Pros
Aurec has a fun culture yet supportive and not as cutthroat as a lot of other Recruiters. Its rewarding and not micromanaged so works well when you do your own thing and left to get on and do the job. Great Comms and no hurdles to achieve. Changes with the times and evolves- forward thinking senior management that act pretty autonomously.
Cons
Suits More self starters, and those putting in discretionary effort. High Achievers that perform well and generates a performance culture.
