Pros
The company has great potential, their product "Tell Me More" is an outstanding program that is decades ahead of any competing program.
Employee Benefits are above the norm, and there are some good people working there.
Cons
That said Management is less than stellar, there is a culture in management of bending the client to suit our sales model. If you think "the customer is not always right" at Auralog in fact the customer is almost always wrong! Management has ZERO sales acumen and the hardest part of the sales cycle is convincing management, not the client. Client support is horrible and the internal atmosphere at the company is putrid! Negativity and employee dissatisfaction is unbelievable, contagious, and permeating all levels of the company and every department. For Sales; support, marketing and IT support are non existent.
Middle management has no decision making abilities, they are only a relay for upper management to issue commands. If any middle manager shows a glimmer of autonomy, leadership or initiative; they are quickly replaced by an endless stream of fully qualified YES Men!
It is quite a shame that a company with arguably the best product in the marketplace cant get their act together and make things happen. I worked there for quite some time and could not believe some of the things that happened there!
Turnover is EXTREMELY HIGH for the newbies, and successful people quit over frustration. No-one in sales lasts more than 2-3 years!
