      Pros

      Team is awesome. Work is challenging. Your voice and opinion will be heard. Flexibility when it comes to work/life balance. Opportunity to make use of new technologies as they fit.

      Cons

      Resources are limited so hand holding isn't the usual. (This is a pro depending on your personality and experience). The association industry has it's own unique personality. Some clients are extremely technical while others not so much. Must be able to speak to both equally.

Work/Life balance is important and Aura will continue to to be flexible, understanding, and respectful of our employee’s lives outside of the office. And while resources may have been limited in the past, we are happy to report our team has grown drastically over the last month! We’ve added 5 new team members and we’re not stopping there!

      Pros

      Lots of room for growth and advancement. You can really pave your own way, and make the position your own. Very flexible work environment. The culture is fun and engaging - everyone wants to learn and share their knowledge. Exposure to many different technologies and hands on experience makes it a great place to learn and grow quickly.

      Cons

      Fast paced, and not a lot of micro-management or hand holding. This can be stressful for juniors, but recent additions to the team contribute a lot. A really small company means you'll have to wear lots of hats and step outside your comfort zone. This is a con if there are tasks and work you think you've "outgrown" or dislike.
