If you are not liked, you are gone. They put tech's in engineering positions that have zero knowledge in being an engineer. Nepotism is a huge problem. Upper management haven't a clue about the amount of work techs do and have zero problem getting rid of their top talent. After your gone they tell others, friends of mine, they can't speak with me.
