Pros
Stable employment for the most part. It takes a lot to get fired. Benefits are ok but definitely not amazing for a large health care provider. Hours are decent.
Cons
Inefficiently run where unproductive people are allowed to hang on forever basically. People who have seniority are given positions in departments they know nothing about creating a huge drag. Cooperation among departments is not good. Glass ceiling on lower levels and they will hire outside with no consideration of qualified people already there. Benefits are mediocre. ALSO, no raises in 5 years.
