Great work environment, well educated and friendly staff, advanced in healthcare, management cares about your safety and well-being, opportunities to grow and learn as a healthcare professional, diversity.
Cons
Impossible to get overtime, I was not a huge fan of the holiday protocol on my unit (you have to work the eve, the holiday and the day after), had to request vacation time a year in advance.
