Pros
It's great working for a place that listens to me, and where my voice matters! These ICU nurses love taking care of the sickest patients and working with the doctors, RT, PT and all the people it takes to get the patients better and moving again!
Cons
The unit could be bigger, with more rooms for more patients. They would have no problem filling those rooms with sick patients!
