Vacation time and sick time are good, 3% match on 401k, they encourage a healthy environment where you are encouraged to workout a little during your work time to stay mentally fit and physically fit.
Cons
Different shifts constantly changing. Outsourcing jobs and doesn't make us feel safe and secure as employees. Healthcare benefits are not up to standard.
