Pros

Good accounts. Decent, fun people.

Cons

This agency operates like a revolving door — people come and go constantly, except for a handful of higher-ups who remain. My own experience ended abruptly when I was let go without any explanation. The news wasn’t even delivered by my supervisor but by an HR representative I had only met once. What made the situation particularly frustrating is that just days before, leadership had highlighted a campaign I directed as a success during a company town hall. That contradiction made it clear that my departure wasn’t about performance. What I found most disappointing was how impersonal and inhumane the process felt. After the decision, it was as if I no longer existed — no acknowledgment, no closure, no sense of respect. To this day, I consider it the worst professional experience I’ve had at an agency.

Pros

I can’t even think of any, really. There were a few cool people, but none of them lasted.

Cons

Incredibly toxic, mean girl environment. Leadership has a habit of gossiping about employees they don’t like to people working directly under them - which leaves you wondering what they’re saying about you when you’re not around. The leadership that doesn’t actively participate in fostering negativity does absolutely nothing to support their employees when that negativity affects them. Zero support overall. There is an astonishing lack of accountability and a ton of blame shifting. Certain favorite employees are given permission to essentially not perform their job functions, while others are punished for small slip-ups, just because a member of leadership doesn’t “like” them personally. The work-life balance is terrible. You are expected to be available 24/7, and are given projects with impossible expectations, while at the same time scolded for not keeping “profitability” top of mind if your hours run long. The way they let me go was also incredibly frustrating. Not even a week prior, I had been told my work on a very high-level project was instrumental to its success, and I had been praised by multiple higher-ups for my contributions. But apparently, once they got that out of me, I was no longer considered profitable. This company is not going to last. They lose clients and employees all the time, and never seem to understand that it happens because of their poor performance.
