Working at APM has been a far better experience than I ever anticipated. The job itself is much easier to navigate than I expected, and the company is incredibly accommodating when real-life situations come up. It’s refreshing to work for an organization that genuinely values work–life balance and compensates employees fairly for the work they do.
My immediate supervisor has been a standout part of my experience. They’re patient, understanding, and always make sure my questions are answered in a timely manner. That level of support has made a huge difference in my day-to-day work.
One of the things I appreciate most is the diversity within the team. I’m surrounded by people from different backgrounds who bring amazing energy and positivity every single day. It creates a workplace culture that feels both inspiring and collaborative.
