Pros

Really great idea and potentially huge market. Good people.

Cons

Company is just an idea. Product doesn't work. No leadership, management, or training to speak of. Split culture in US and Israel that leads to low to no productivity. Has been around since 2011 and still no viable product.

Pros

Augury has a strong, mission‑driven culture where many employees feel supported and trusted. The team is friendly, smart, and highly collaborative, and there’s a real emphasis on personal growth and learning. They also offer flexible PTO and treat people like adults, which supports work‑life balance. Because the product is meaningful and technically interesting, the work makes a real impact

Cons

The company is still scaling, so processes may not be well defined, and rapid change can feel chaotic. Differences in time zones and working styles.

Pros

Solid continuous monitoring solution with solid logos/customer stories, great work-life balance and minds in place to get things done.

Cons

A revolving door of sales talent with insanely high churn amongst sellers. New processes constantly being created there seems to be a lot of trial and error and “see what sticks”. Comp plans are fair with good accelerators that coincide with ARR + deal size but it’s shaky. Don’t expect a ton from onboarding. The junior sellers / SDRs don’t really ever get promoted. A lot of talent is hired externally rather than internal.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We appreciate the recognition of our product, customers, and the work-life balance we strive to maintain. We also take the feedback around sales turnover, onboarding, and internal mobility seriously. As a scaling company, we’ve gone through periods of experimentation as we refine our go-to-market approach, and we recognize that this can sometimes feel like constant change. Our focus now is on building more consistency in our processes, strengthening onboarding, and creating clearer paths for career growth across the organization. We agree that transparency and direct communication are critical as we evolve. Feedback like this helps us continue improving how we support our teams and develop talent internally. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
