Pros
I made some good friends.
Cons
I feel compelled to write this review to express my deep disappointment with the Human Resources department at Augurs. As an employee I expected a certain level of professionalism integrity and efficiency from our HR team. However my experience with them has been far from satisfactory. First and foremost it appears that the HR department is not actively performing their responsibilities. Their lack of engagement and involvement in employee matters such as addressing concerns and promoting a healthy work environment is highly concerning. It feels as though they are simply present for the sake of being present doing little more than filling seats and collecting paychecks. It has become evident that there is a significant issue of partiality within the department, as some employees are shown favoritism while others are unjustly treated. This not only creates a toxic work environment, but also hinders the overall productivity and growth of the company. Furthermore their lack of accountability is evident through their consistent failure to adhere to company policies and procedures. Instead of guiding employees through the necessary protocols they often appear clueless and ill-prepared. This lack of commitment and understanding creates confusion among employees making it increasingly challenging for any issues to be resolved effectively. Perhaps the most appalling aspect of my experience with the HR department is their use of foul language. As professionals entrusted with the wellbeing and development of employees it is utterly unacceptable for them to resort to offensive and vulgar language. This behavior not only reflects poorly on the HR department but it also sets a toxic example for the entire workforce. Unfortunately despite numerous attempts to communicate and address these concerns no meaningful improvement has been observed. It is disheartening to witness the HR department's complacency and indifference towards their responsibilities. Their lack of action perpetuates a sense of frustration leaving employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. It is my sincere hope that the company management acknowledges these deficiencies within the HR department and takes immediate action to rectify the situation. The HR team must be held accountable for their lack of professionalism and their failure to promote a positive work environment. Without a dedicated and competent HR department employee morale and overall company culture will continue to suffer. In conclusion my experience with the HR department at Augurs has been extremely disappointing. Their lack of engagement failure to fulfill responsibilities and offensive language usage are entirely unacceptable. I strongly urge company management to address these concerns promptly and take the necessary steps to create a functioning and supportive HR department
