Why do I work at Augmentt? Augmentt is a fast paced environment just coming out of its start up phase, which offers a lot of great opportunities for members of the Partner Success Team. As an individual contributor and a team lead I get to see how my ideas, content, and professional relationships affect our client satisfaction and improve business outcomes for clients and Augmentt alike. - I have been supported and encouraged to upskill through completing professional courses and attending industry events. Cons
I'd like to preface this by saying if there were a lot of Cons to working at Augmentt, I wouldn't be here... - I live on the West Coast but work East Coast hours, which means early days... but that was my choice so I can't be mad at it ;) - Augmentt is a startup and as a result we are bootstrapped, which means we have to do more with less, and still achieve a high quality of product and services. This is hard work but it definitely pays off when you see our partner reviews on Channel Program.
