A great technology, talented engineers and a fast growing market make it an exciting place to work if you want to make a difference. Management has a very clear vision about the business and long-term strategy.
Cons
You may find it challenging if you don't share the management approach to do the business. Micro-management is also detected. But so far the company has been successful, so whatever specifics they have, they don't prevent the growth.
