Pros

AuditDashboard has one of the best teams I’ve worked with — genuinely great people who are talented, helpful, and fun to collaborate with. Being fully remote actually works well here because there’s a lot of trust, flexibility, and autonomy, without the chaos you sometimes see in remote environments. Leadership is strong. The CEO is extremely committed and works incredibly hard, which is motivating — but he’s also very human and consistently reinforces work/life balance. The VP/CTO is a standout leader as well, and it’s impressive how agile the company is. With a small team, we ship quickly and make meaningful progress fast. If you like ownership, pace, and a supportive environment, this is a great place to be. Professional development is encouraged and funded, which is a big plus.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but this is a high-autonomy environment best suited for self-starters. There’s a strong “manager-of-one” culture — you’re trusted to own your work, move quickly, and self-prioritize. It’s also very “all-hands-on-deck” in the best way: people bring a “yes and” mentality and pitch in wherever needed. If you prefer a more structured or heavily managed environment, it may not be the best fit.

Pros

AuditDashboard is a company that's making a real impact in the accounting industry with its innovative software solutions. The team is talented and supportive - a really smart group of people! Our clients love the platform, which makes working here very satisfying. Finally, the focus on work-life balance is great. The company genuinely cares about its employees.

Cons

Not necessarily a con for everyone, but being a fully remote company can mean that conversations and brainstorming aren't always as spontaneous as being in-office (however, having no commute isn't bad!)
