Pros
The team are so supportive, friendly and talented and there's no micromanaging at all. Everybody is trusted to get on with their work, and there was always praise, support and great collaboration. Roles are open to expansion if you show interest or excitement in other areas of the business, and the CEO is truly the most wonderful woman who cares deeply about the business and everybody in it. Feedback was listened to and pay was reviewed pretty regularly, plus there was always exciting new launches or projects to get stuck into which were innovative and fun
Cons
Completely remote with people in various countries so due to time zones, there were some late evenings. Also means you don't get to meet/see your team often which can get a little lonely
