Pros
Their Clients are the ultra high net worth 1%ers so the jobs are large scale with top of the line product. If your in the high end custom AV world you'll be exposed to quite a lot with this company. From a technical standpoint it's good experience.
Cons
Upper Management is completely out of touch with their employees. Large egos. They speak to their employees like their beneath them. Horrible morale. Lower Management is almost non existent. Most Managers go home by 1:30-2:00 while their Techs are still in the field working. Their is no reward for good work and no one is held responsible for bad work. This has created a terrible culture at this company where the bad apples continue to be lazy and do sloppy work since they can get away with it and the good employees stop caring after awhile because their treated the same regardless of performance. All raises have been cancelled in place of a bonus system which is graded on a curve. You are judged as a team not on your own merits so again it is a waste of time to try and achieve when half the team is not going to perform to standards. Even if you somehow get your bonus it's minimal at best. Zero room for promotion in the company. They hire out for the rare Management positions.
