Great salary and benefits. Full medical and dental paid. 401k but no match. The vast majority of people there are wonderful. Low stress environment.

Business with no direction and bad management. CEO has to approve everything so nothing is done in a timely manner. Management is very against work from home. Company struggles financially and has regular layoffs.
