      Pros

      Generous salary, but you need to be willing to put up with a lot of ridiculous behavior from management in order to stay on for any length of time and receive that salary.

      Cons

      Management is the weak point, while employing talented individuals to perform the daily tasks.

      Pros

      Great salary and benefits. Full medical and dental paid. 401k but no match. The vast majority of people there are wonderful. Low stress environment.

      Cons

      Business with no direction and bad management. CEO has to approve everything so nothing is done in a timely manner. Management is very against work from home. Company struggles financially and has regular layoffs.
