If you want to work in an organization that values integrity, creativity, customer service & their employees as assets - essential to success, AVDG typically embraces all of these organizational principles. If you want to work with people who value perseverance, customer as principal asset & a positive outlook, AVDG is a firm where you'll find them. As a former contractor/consultant, my customer’s satisfaction is always my first priority. Now as a permanent employee of AVDG, this includes serving my manager as well as those people who we are privileged to call our customers. I sense that my managers value my devotion to service, abilities & talents. I appreciate the daily support that they give their employees. They actually listen to ideas for improvements & are extremely responsive.
Cons
AVDG is experiencing some changes due to rapid growth due to mergers & acquisitions. As a former consultant, I've seen my share of dot coms, startups as well as wild fluctuations in revenue streams within established businesses that business leaders must surmount. Some employees have trouble adapting to these disruptions, as I've noticed in the negative reviews given here in these AVDG ratings. I think that it takes some sand to succeed in the workforce in the twenty first century. You have to be resilient & expect constant change, as business leaders and their workers. Global competition coupled with billions of willing human replacements to take your place create striking instability. If you spend less time complaining & more time doing your job, things tend to work out just fine...
