      i mean, you know, it is what it is i guess. you have a job, right? so there's that. You can get a paycheck here.

      Cons

      But seriously tho, it's them. You get paid and it seems like it's worth it, but you have to consider what you are dealing with.

      One of the best groups of people I have ever worked with. Genuine sense of working together.

      Cons

      Smaller Integrator in the AV world. In post COVID equipment shortage world they are not getting the attention form the gear suppliers they deserve.

      Avx had compassionate upper management $40/day per diem when traveling (which is a lot) Free hotels when traveling

      Cons

      Middle management was prone to anger outbursts and severe daily temper tantrums. $18/hr base pay $7,500 deductible on PPO health insurance
