- complete lack of vision of top mangement team - worst turn over i have ever seen between constant unwarranted sackings and people getting fed up of the lack of vision of the core management team - new (former) CEO is a bully who thinks he is the most connected person in Silicon Valley but is incapable of making a single phone call to executive in targeted accouns he supposedly know very well - zero ability to define a coherent sales strategy and stick to it - the company wants to believe it is an Enterprise Sales company when it is just a bunch of engineers with zero understanding of the company's clients and what they want/need - reliance on a single client due to its inability to attract new serious enterprise clients
