Cons
The Managing Directors have created a psychologically unsafe environment that has deeply impacted employees and partners. Bullying, emotional volatility, and passive-aggressive behavior are common and unchecked. Multiple (many) employees, have experienced dismissiveness, disproportionate blame, and toxic treatment — many now avoid speaking up or contributing. Not to mention afraid to come to work. HR and leadership have been made aware through formal complaints and direct outreach, but no action has been taken as of this writing. The inaction is demoralizing and undermines Audi’s values of inclusion, safety, and ethical leadership.
