Pros
- I love working with this team. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Everyone pitches in - A group's culture is only as good as its people, and we've got great people. We have a lot of empath and openness, which has been very important, especially as a startup that has had to be nimble and pivot - What we're doing here is important. I've never before had the opportunity to work at a company that could have such a positive and lasting impact on the world - Startup life can feel like a random walk sometimes, but we've zeroed in on a good direction now and getting a lot of positive feedback! - Lots of PTO, flex days, and a healthy amount of compassion and understanding for when you just need a last-minute break. Audette really believes that no amount of work is worth bad mental health. Everyone has the flexibility to take the time that they need when they need it
Cons
- Compensation packages probably don't compare to your larger more established companies out there, but this is a worthwhile tradeoff in my opinion because I believe in what we're doing together
