      reasonable salary and that's about it.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership with a lot of internal politics. A toxic culture where the technology leadership is utterly incompetent and not fit for the job. The technology leadership has no vision or any ability to deliver anything. But good at giving false expectations, unrealistic goals to anyone around him.
