      Pros

      No two days are the same; new challenges each day keep the work interesting. You also get to work with new technology. Management’s clear in their expectations and communicates them to us regularly. The tech team has some quality people on there, very smart and down-to-earth individuals. Decent salary with health benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      Not much job autonomy. Travel’s required for the job.

      Fast-paced environment may feel demanding for newcomers. Some internal processes could be more streamlined. Limited hybrid/remote flexibility for certain roles due to client-facing work.
