Pros

Great company, great people! Amazing office to work in and it was like a small family. If I ever moved back to SC I would immediately go back in a heart beat.

None. Don't work here unless your life depends on it.

Cons

Micromanaging from senior vice president. If you disagree with him, he will fire you. The owner thinks himself above everyone and does no work. They present a facade of family, flexibility, and teamwork but it's all farce. You will never every get a raise no matter how hard you try. They will ask you to improve something almost every week. As soon as you improve, they give you something else too improve upon. You WILL make hundreds of telemarketing calls a day. The company lost 3 of their best employees in one week. The owner is aloof. The providers only care about one thing: they're comission. You will spend days trying to book appointments for them but you see none of the profits. So long as they can sell someone a hearing aid that doesn't need it for almost $7000, they are happy. When the providers make mistakes, the patient care coordinator takes the blame and eventually, the fall. You will get fired here. No matter how great a job you do. As soon as you make a simple mistake, they will put you under a microscope until they fire you without notice. You get lots of vacation time but are encouraged not to take it. Ever.
