      Pros

      A nice place to work. The team genuinely connect and care for one another.

      Cons

      There is a disconnect between the broader team and the leadership of the company. Very high expectations on staff that aren't paid all that well, as well as long hours.

      Pros

      Same level co-workers are great and everyone usually gets along, work-life balance is ok

      Cons

      There is an obvious snobbish role hierarchy, managers love to stick to each other like a girl clique group in high school. They tend to act smug at times with employees under them for some reason. Pay is not competitive, in the job interview they were pleased to announce that they offer 4 weeks annual leave to full time employees - please note this is the MINIMUM LEGAL annual leave amount to a full time employee, making it sound like it's a perk when in fact it's the bare minimum legal entitlement is wild.
