- Worked in Product & Engineering Group for over 5 yrs and enjoyed working with people that cared about each other and what they do. - The company really does try to think of its employees and treat them respectfully even during lean times. - Smart people that are passionate about what they do and lean in to work with each other to reach project milestones - Hybrid, unlimited PTO, great health benefits
Cons
- Continual cycling of senior leaders both business and technology which means an unpersistant (and sometimes unknown) strategy and direction - Like many companies, ADC has struggled to find their footing during/post covid and restructuring their strategy and their resources to find that plan.
