Pros
The Company is innovative and cares about the employees. Everybody in our office looks forward to coming in for work. Lunch is catered on Wednesdays, there are food and beverages provided. There are no cliques, everyone knows each other and gets along great. This is the best company I have ever worked for, it has provided a great quality of life for me with great potential to grow within the company.
Cons
I don't have any complaints or any recommendations for improvement. I came here to post something positive about my organization because we want to continue recruiting quality employees.
