Pros
The team I worked with was fabulous (with a few exceptions), smart, hardworking employees. Management of the CRE group WAS fantastic until upper managment made some terrible decisions and the group is suffering terribly beacause of it. (Even a PRO turns into a CON at Auction.com). They made some upgrades to the benefits package awhile ago which was a step in the right direction for a change.
Cons
Leadership is a joke. I have never seen a company run on such impulse and for the most part make terrible decisions about EVERYTHING. There is no consistantcy between the different locations, as much as management says they are chagning it I wouldn't believe it, they (the CEO) will get sidetracked with another grand idea and everything else will get pushed aside.
