Must be able to adapt changes as they come. I wouldn’t say this is a “con” but change with growth is inevitable

There are a lot of pros to working at AP. Our product is great and our team does a great job creating new experiences. The leadership has put amazing processes in place to support each role and leadership really cares about the person.

Cons are with any company that is growing there can be some growing pains but the pros far outweigh any growing pains.
