- Flexible hours (you put in your availability and are given shifts based on it) - Variety (every shift is different due to the nature of events) - Close to performing arts/events, you may even get to watch performances or apply for tickets to see them. - Good culture among staff in similar positions - Opportunity for growth in the company (if you know the right people)
Cons
- Occasionally boring shift - Upper management or those in other departments do not tend to care for casual staff. - If you're available a lot your time can be exploited during busy periods.
