Awesome co-workers and fulfilling work

Poor pay, lack of support from upper management

As part of a school program, I was allowed to come over during the holidays and work a full week as a proper librarian. The staff were very welcoming and understanding and I think that's a very important part of working. While they couldn't actually hire me, many Libraries will let you work with them to gain the required experience.

I was just quite sad I didn't get to spend very long there. The job openings for librarians is a bit packed in the area which was unfortunate.
