      They help you with the relocation process. Client provides nice work-life balance.

      Cons

      They are very passive towards the clients they send their consultants. Asking for a fair annual salary review seems like a crime. The performance reviews don't mean nothing, it never reflects on bonus, salary nor nothing. Career progression? Forget it

      Pros

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
