Remote work and the benefits were bragged about in the 3+ month interview process only for them to change as soon as I was hired. They pull the rug out from under you and tell you to keep up from the day you’re onboarded. The desperate attempts online to save face by responding to honest reviews aren’t working. Your true colors are showing anyway.

Thank you for your review. Glassdoor recommends that employers respond to comments and we really do try to listen and learn from the comments about communication and lack of leadership. We have found a lot of positive has come from these reviews and they have allowed us to identify issues and respond. I am sorry your time with Atwell didn't work out. I am going to continue to respond to comments do my part and fix what I can, or at least help. To be silent about the issues seems way worse to me.
