Absolutely terrible - Anonymous employee Atum Employee Review

Hi there, We asked all our employees to share their experience with working at Atum as one person was posting multiple, negative reviews. There is nothing fake about our positive reviews nor our fun loving culture – we invite any potential employee to come live in a day at Atum before accepting a position. Also: 1. The company has been growing significantly month over month for the past 2 years. If you really did work here, you would have known we haven’t had 10 employees for MANY years. We invite anyone to come pop by our office and do a headcount :) 2. We do frequent one on one meetings to ensure everyone is happy and give everyone the opportunity to express how they feel so we can keep everyone loving their work. It’s strange that all of these negative reviews written in the same grammar patterns started when the only employee that has been terminated was let go. Strange! 3. Overtime is discouraged and has a tracking mechanism to ensure employees are recognized for anytime or effort that goes above and beyond. 4. Please move on, we are tired of dealing with your repetitive false accusations. We have a fantastic culture and company thanks to our people, we invite anyone who wants to join our team to drop by the office at ANY TIME or join us on our next team building event. Go karts!
