      Very good company, good work life balance

      Cons

      Worst teams ever. People running the organisation are the worst. Inhumane, insane and do not care for the employees. Constantly micromanaging, company is full of old people who cannot process and adapt to changes in life.

      Pros

      Knowledge based company. The things I got to learn from the chemical industry was very useful.

      Cons

      The company did not have enough employees who were skilled for the job. So efficiency would definitely decrease.
